The CEO Blog has been fully renewed. Some minor edits will still be made, but it was released due to it being largely done.

Aim for content that surpasses the corporate site! When the blog surpasses the company site, the company site and Staff Blog “The Evening Next” will be consolidated into this blog.

When I am writing the CEO Blog, I am amazed that, surprisingly, nearly every person I meet and almost 100% of employees worldwide are reading it. Thank you very much.

That is why I also write extreme things without realizing it.

It is necessary to write in a style that considers countries, environments, situations and circumstances. What is common sense in Japan is not so in the rest of the world; it is hard to translate when it is written in a peculiar way that cannot be expressed in English or Chinese, and is even difficult in Japanese. The legal and ethical standard for the content recorded here is the global standard.

I receive a variety of opinions pertaining to the blog from you all.

Like, “your thinking is brilliant!” and “it is unique…”
Like, “it is logical and very educational…”
Like, “it is good that the CEO seems closer…”
Like, “I grew to love the company…”
And like, “I read the blog and applied!”

However…

Like, “write more about your private life” or “no one is going to read it…”
Like, “if the company is this strict, I will pass on the interview…”
Like, if I write something strict in the top half and build it up in the bottom half, they only read part of it and say, “I will resign from a company such as this!”
Like, “there is a typo” and “that is stupid…”
Like, “there is a lot about views of the spirit…”
Like, “it is too hard to follow and boring because you only write about work…”
Like, “I think that content is incorrect…”
And like, “I am not sure about that particular comment you, as the CEO, made…”

It is not as if I can ask for forgiveness because generally I am writing at night while getting drunk…

There were also many conflicting opinions. All of your unsparing comments (and while we meet) are allowing me to grow stronger day by day.

A marvelous ability to become “thick-skinned” is being developed.

Oh, you are reading the blog! Although at times critical, the fact that you are reading the blog means that “you like me.” I accept it ultra-positively as such.

With this blog renewal, New York and Tokyo staff handled the design, Osaka and Los Angeles staff handled the coding, and the server is hosted in the U.S. (I am sorry the display is slower in Japan). Actually, the Osaka sales people constructed the blog instead of engineers…

While this is a company that loves to traverse the world for no reason, we are cooperating 24 hours non-stop better than we expected.

I would like to thank them by stating their real names, but because there will be a deluge of calls to those individuals at the company from headhunting companies once they get shown…

Appreciation goes to those employees of our company that assisted on a volunteer basis, working hard at night, for this blog renewal.

We will be increasing the frequency of updates!
