Business trip to LA head office

To globally manage a company is very difficult.
From a small one to a big one, problem is reported here and there in oversea branches everyday.
I am mostly in Japan (Tokyo) and spend a lot of time with employees there, so I can tell what employees are thinking and feeling. I think that it is the same for the employees. However, I feel some distance (not only physical distance) to oversea branches because I cannot see them often.
And today, I will go to the head office in the States.
We have very reliable members there, everyone is trying their best.
I believe it is about time to improve oversea branches (reduce the distance I feel).
In this business trip, I will collect information as possible as I can at first.I want managers and employees to present and evaluate the fact objectively, then tell me.
Then, set priorities to problems and thoroughly discuss.
I will carefully listen everything.
And I will carefully support everything.
I also evaluate everyone while I am there.
Managers and employees, please be prepared.
Managers and employees in other branches, I can make time while I am in the States so I have time to think through.
That is, I will send out a lot of email regarding the problems.
Managers and employees in other oversea branches, you need to be prepared, too.
And if you have any claims or requests, don't hesitate!
