From a child into an adult (Part 1)

Five people playing the game in the picture are one of the top employees of Next Solutions.
They are desperately playing the game.


These five do the work of 15 men.


At Next Solutions, you can play games during the office hour if you do what you have to do.
You must have minimum level of moral, but creativity is important for design and system administration.


In Japan, we have the word, "use your paid days off".
I remember that a president of one of the major listed companies were very angry about this.
You do not want to talk or see an employee who quit work after using all paid days off.
I am sure that a lot of top executives think so, but the are disqualified as to executives of listed companies.

Because that is the right of employees.

Colleagues who were there when I started this company, stayed at the office with me, worked with passion quit company after using all paid day off...
The number of employees and branched increases and new oversea branches being created, then a company has to become an adult from a child.


It is the end of the era that lots of top executives of small companies said, "A small company cannot hold if it has to pay overtime fees."
Now, compliance, corporate governance are requested to venture companies.
If you say those things when you just started a company, then the company will be gone soon.
And if still say those things after several years you started the company, the company cannot develop.


The company must improve its compliance and corporate governance as it develops.


Troubles and problems happened to venture companies are the result that they could not became adult from children.
Probably, they were unaware of doing something long, besides, I think they did not know that was wrong.
However, when the company handles millions and billions, it influences the society and no one thinks the company is small.


And employees teaches when the company needs to be an adult.
When employees start complaining about the company's rule, that is the time the company needs to consider compliance and corporate governance.


I promise that Next Solutions define global compliance and corporate governance to steadily develop.
