My EXIT

Where is your "EXIT"?
This is what I am asked a lot of times recently from my friends, or during interview of magazines and newspapers.
"EXIT" means the end in this case.
Usually, a president retires after making the company listed or divesting his holdings, becomes a chairman, or entrust the company to someone and start something new...
The other day, during an interview of newspaper, someone said;
"There are a lot of sole proprietors in Japan and they think the company are theirs and cling onto their post. If the company can be bigger by merger, they should do so to increase the market value of the company."
I was very angry and thought...
"That is not your business!"
"What about you? Have you ever done something with passion?"
but the interviewer was one of the biggest newspaper company in Japan,
I smiled, acted in a mature way and said;
"Well, I have only achieved less than 5% of what I wanted to do with this company."
And yes, I have achieved only less than 5% of what I want to do with the Next Solutions.
When I become aware of the EXIT, the end, I will step down.
I would not criticize the company to change CEO as the company develops.
However, a president who can grow as the company develops should not be criticized either.
Why do I do Next Solutions?
Because "I love this company."
Why? No reason is necessary.
IT business is actually unrefined.
However, IT business can change the world drastically and I am attracted to it.
Presidents of IT company looks like that they are only trying to get benefit themselves, but actually they are more focused on being recognized by the service or business model they created.
Someone asked me, "Do you have any plan of starting other business in the future?"
No, I have no plan of starting any other business in the future.
I will continue this business as long as I can contribute to the company.
Even if Next Solutions collapses, I start the same business again.
(Though I do not believe in reincarnation,)
If I die and reborn, I would start the same business.
Because I can give that much thought into the company, every difficulty becomes the staff, not the pain.
My EXIT comes when my life ends.
