The picture of Self-Defense Forces is the one I took this picture at the airport of LA when I came back to Japan.
I have seen pictures of Japanese solders of the past war and when I saw Self-Defense Forces this time, I thought that their face looked the same.
Scandals should be blamed, but we should not forget thankfulness for our Self-Defense Forces who protect us.

"AEGIS" means "versatile shield".

Ministry of Defense, Japan's top crisis-management organization, built AEGIS for 140 billion yen, made a very big accident.

After the accident, it took an hour and half to report to Mr. Ishiba, the minister of the Ministry of Defense, 2 hours to report to the prime minister Fukuda, and 4 hours to report to the prefecture.

At Next Solutions, troubles happen daily.
We use "Code Name" for all project name, customer name.

Project name and customer name must not be talked in restaurants and bars.
Basically, we should use code name even in the company.
The most important thing is to improve individual awareness as well as the awareness as an organization.

I think I carefully have to consider the accident AEGIS made as a CEO.
Put the accident in our case, an hour and half to report to the department manager, 2 hours to report to me, and 4 hours to report to the customer...

That sounds problem familiar to us.

Define type, character, affect of operations to create the structure and relationship that can appropriately judge what to do.
Currently, we are trying ISMS, defining compliance, CSR, etc.

"Code name project AEGIS"

That is the "versatile shield", that is, the security capacity of Next Solutions.
Security means not only to protect from outside enemies and prevent mistakes, but also to solve problems and improve itself.

Of course that is not "constitution of company that try to cover-up".
To be "versatile shield" all the time as a company without making any excuses.
