Nationality cannot be an excuse

14 years ago, Next Solutions started its global activity by signing on with an American data center. For 14 years, I have seen a lot of countries and met a lot of people. And there is something I realized.
Every country and everyone do not know about themselves and others.
Only a few people objectively know about their cultures and customs.
American say that Japanese work too much. But do they know how much America's great Establishments and venture companies work? A lot of people see only some companies that closes the office on time and say that is right and typical.
Someone told me that in the States or China, people change the job very often. But I have seen lots of Japanese who quit their job in a very short time. In wonderful American companies, people worked in the same company from generation to generation.
Lots of people told me that in the States, people clearly say Yes or No.
However, I have never met a person who clearly says Yes/No in very important situation.
I have met lots of people who clearly say Yes/No for something not worth bothering about.
Moreover, superior people always show caring response.
People say that Chinese lie often and are good at deceiving people.
But one of the Chinese I met taught me good faith, thoughtfulness, and honesty.
I have met a horrible Japanese, stupid American, and abject Chinese.
What is common in every country is that really smart and valuable people are deliberate, restrained, gentle, wonderful hospitality, and concern for others.
Nationality does not mean anything.
Nationality cannot be an excuse.
Do not make compromises for something you think right due to your nationality.
