This is the expression used often when I have a meeting with
managers of Next Solutions Shenyang office.

I cannot say, "Quality of Chinese people does not match quality of Japanese people."

However, there is one thing I strongly want to say.

"I am not discussing problems between Chinese and Japanese, I am discussing that of you and me."

As I wrote in the previous blog, nationality cannot be an excuse.

I said, "Do not make compromises for something you think right due to your nationality."

When we discuss mid-term and long-term goal, managers often say, "But you know, employees quit here before that. They do not care about the company at all."

And there, I say, "Have you ever calculated the percentage of employees taking roots in the company?"

The result is... since Next Solutions Shenyang office opened 2 years ago, almost no one quit.
This is the standard of our company.

Managers in the meeting are at least seriously caring about the company.

I have my own rule that is important to make the company world-wide.
Do not make any excuses because of the nationality.

In our company, we prohibit using expressions that relate to nationality.
When nationality becomes an excuse, the company must compromise its growth or improvement.

The Golden Rule of Next Solutions Group:
"Nationality cannot be an excuse."
